The US Department of Labor 11 goods made from child labor has been added to the sixth edition of its list.
The goods are: clothing from Bangladesh; cotton and sugar cane from India; vanilla from Madagascar. Fish from Kenya. Fish from Yemen. Alcoholic beverages, meat, textiles, and wood from Cambodia; and palm oil from Malaysia. The full list now includes 136 goods from 74 countries.

"-, The child faces the back breaking work without education or other opportunities for a better life or an adult trapped in a dismal job through deception or threat there behind every item on the menu this story," Minister of Labour and Thomas E Perez said in a statement.

"These lists raise awareness about child and forced labor. Through our collective efforts we can, and must, work together to put an end to these cycles of exploitation."

He Marcia Eugenia, head of the Office of the United States on child labor and forced labor, human trafficking, Bangladesh is of particular concern, according to AP news agency. "The information that we have to Bangladesh is that the children who are most likely working working in garment production is official. Maybe in the production units are not registered, with small workshops or temporary rather than large factories associate normally with the production of garments in Bangladesh," Eugenia told reporters in a conference over the phone.

That US officials say it is difficult to know which products come from children and or forced labor, and which do not.  But the Ministry of Industry insiders working in Bangladesh rejected the US report.
